By accessing or using DTFSoft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. DTFSoft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

DTFSoft provides a software-as-a-service platform for Print on Demand sellers, including order automation, gang sheet building, marketplace integrations, fulfillment tracking, AI-powered listing optimization, and analytics. The service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys for connected marketplaces. You agree to notify DTFSoft immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

DTFSoft is free to use until January 1, 2027. After this date, paid subscription plans will take effect. You will be notified at least 30 days before any charges begin. You may cancel your account at any time before the free period ends without any obligation.

DTFSoft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DTFSoft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your designs, orders, and business data remain your property at all times.

DTFSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost orders, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
