We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve DTFSoft services; process and sync orders from your connected marketplaces; generate gang sheets and manage fulfillment workflows; send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and regular security audits. Your marketplace API credentials are stored in encrypted vaults and never exposed to third parties.

DTFSoft integrates with third-party marketplace APIs (Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop) to sync your orders. We only access the data necessary to provide our services and do not sell or share your data with other third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting us at support@dtfsoft.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
